Great attention to detail, friendly staff, superb location, secure parking, spacious and modern rooms, helpful and knowledgeable reception staff.

Everything was spot on.

It very clean, good parking, and fair breakfast. It was possible to make late checkout

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The area caters for Spanish holiday-makers mostly and so not many speak English. Some staff at the hotel did speak English and were most helpful in arranging taxi's or making recommendations for local sights and activities. The hotel does not have a restaurant per se. However breakfasts were very good in the dining area and snacks were available in the cafe. The rooms at the front of the hotel have wonderful views of the bridge to La Toja island across the harbour inlet and of the island itself. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

The location of the hotel was a great advantage, as it was very close to the marina and town center. The continental breakfast was also very good, and there was a good variety of items to choose from. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and provided us with information on restaurants in the area.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't very efficient, so we had some trouble with the temperature. there weren't many restaurants open during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel's value for money is unbeatable. After realizing the great service we received, we were pleasantly surprised by the relatively low prices. The staff at this hotel were simply amazing, so kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right next to the bridge, was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

Your web site indicates that all rooms have air-con, which was one of the main reasons we selected the Hotel Puente de La Toja. On arrival the first room we were given didn't have air-con. This was very disappointing, however after two days we were told a room with air-con was available, which we accepted.

We had such a lovely stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The location was perfect for exploring the area, close to both the town centre and the marina. We also loved the spacious and modern rooms, they were very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The air conditioning unit in our room was a bit inefficient, and struggled to keep the room cool on particularly hot days. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high level of comfort provided by the hotel.

Good room and location.

Staff seemed inexperienced and nervous which made us feel uncomfortable. No evening/lunchtime restaurant.

First of all, the location was unbeatable. Being right next to the bridge gave me easy access to all the attractions in the area. Moreover, the value for money was outstanding. The prices were relatively low, yet I received excellent service throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it was simply superb! With a wide selection of delicious options and attentive staff, I started each day off on the right foot. Lastly, I must mention the rooms with a sea view. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of serenity to my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and they showed me where the best restaurants were located. I also loved that the hotel was conveniently located near the marina and town center, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. In addition, I found the hotel facilities to be very clean and modern, and the inclusive breakfast was a fantastic way to start my day. Located conveniently near a bridge, this hotel has a lot to offer visitors travelling by car. the staff is exceptional, and the breakfast has a wide selection of items to choose from. Rooms are spacious and modern with attention given to detail. Guests can expect to feel safe and secure with the hotel's measures in place during these times. the hotel is a short walk away from the marina and town centre. Secure parking is available.
